Dziennikarz, publicysta, rocznik 1978. Pracowałem w "Dzienniku Polska Europa Świat" (obecnie „Dziennik Gazeta Prawna”) i w "Polsce The Times" wydawanej przez Polska Press. W „Dzienniku” prowadziłem dział opinii. W „Polsce The Times” byłem analitykiem i komentatorem procesów politycznych, wydawałem też miesięcznik „Nasza Historia”. Współprowadziłem realizowany we współpracy z amerykańską fundacją Democracy Council i Departamentem Stanu USA cykl szkoleniowy „Media kontra fake news”, w ramach którego ok 700 dziennikarzy mediów lokalnych z całej Polski zostało przeszkolonych w zakresie identyfikacji narracji dezinformacyjnych i przeciwdziałania im. Wydawnictwo Polska Press opuściłem po przejęciu koncernu przez kontrolowany przez rząd PiS państwowy koncern paliwowy Orlen. Wtedy też, w 2021 roku, wszedłem w skład zespołu OKO.press. W OKO.press kieruję działem politycznym, piszę też materiały o polityce krajowej i międzynarodowej oraz obronności. Stworzyłem i prowadziłem poświęcony wojnie w Ukrainie cykl „Sytuacja na froncie” obecnie kontynuowany przez płk Piotra Lewandowskiego.
